印太江豚（Neophocaena phocaenoides）是一種沒有背鰭的鼠海豚。牠們分布在香港南部和東部的水域，亦能在附近國家被找到。牠們是受威脅的物種，由於污染、過度捕魚和偷獵，牠的數量不斷下降。
The Indo-Pacific Finless Porpoise (Neophocaena phocaenoides), is a species of porpoise which characteristically lacks a dorsal fin. These porpoises can be found in the Southern and Eastern waters of Hong Kong as well as other nearby countries. This finless porpoise is a vulnerable species, and its numbers continue to decline due to pollution, irresponsible fishing, and poaching.

香港對鯊魚鰭，即魚翅有很高的需求。部分漁民將價值高昂的鯊魚鰭割斷，再把無鰭的鯊魚抛回海中，牠們只能慢慢死去。而大青鯊（Prionace glauca）是受影響最嚴重的鯊魚物種之一。
Shark fins are highly sought after in Hong Kong. Shark finning is a practice where the fins of a shark are cut off, while the finless shark is left to suffer a slow death. Blue shark (Prionace glauca) is one of the most affected shark species.
